Hi. I'm Laure.
If we met in real life, you'd probably hear me compare building a business to searching for the Lost Ark : convinced the answer is buried somewhere complex, when actually the simplest insight changes everything.
Most of the women I work with aren't lost. They just stepped into a space (tech, product, or digital) where nobody gave them the map. I give them the map.
I love technology. I love figuring out how things actually work. Not just how they look like they should work. I'm especially drawn to building "low-calorie" systems for humans: smart tools and products that remove friction so we can focus on what really matters: connection, purpose, living fully.
From Builder to Strategic Partner
My journey didn't start with a polished mission statement. It started with doing. A lot of doing.
My background is in product and technology. I’ve spent 15+ years figuring out how to build the right thing, in the right order, without wasting time or money. Across industries, stages, and very different kinds of problems.
I've seen firsthand what happens when:
A woman spends $35,000 on a dev team before anyone checked if her idea solved a real problem.
A business owner rebuilds her website three times and still can’t figure out why no one’s buying.
Someone finally gets a clear answer about what to build, and what not to. Everything moves differently after that.
I know what it feels like to half-believe in yourself while doing everything right on paper. And still wondering why it's not clicking.
I've lived in that messy middle: where ideas look promising, but traction feels just out of reach.
But I've also seen what happens when clarity clicks.
When someone knows exactly what to build, and can explain it in one sentence.
When the first real user says “I need this” and means it.
When the website finally does what it’s supposed to do.
When the next step is obvious instead of paralyzing.
That shift, from spinning to moving, is what I help make happen
And that's when I understood:
Success isn't about doing more.
It's about being intentional, data-informed, and focused.
That became how I work with every client.
And now, my mission.

I don't believe in hustle culture.
Or endless to-do lists.
Or "build it and they will come."
Or buzzwords without impact.
I believe:
You are capable of more than your doubts let on.
Confidence comes from clarity and progress. Not perfection.
The right strategy isn't about doing everything. It's about doing the right things in the right order.
Decisions should be guided by real-world feedback, not guesswork.
You don't need another motivational speech.
You need structure.
You need clarity.

And someone beside you who knows how to navigate it.

Because I've learned to ask the right questions, and I know how to help you find yours.
