Why Partner With Me

Real examples, not theory.

Every talk draws from 15+ years shipping AI, personalization, and product strategy at OfferUp, Nordstrom, and Expedia. Your team gets frameworks they can use Monday morning, not concepts they'll forget by Tuesday.

Complex ideas, made accessible.

I've spent a career translating technical complexity into decisions people can act on. Whether your audience is engineers, founders, or cross-functional leaders, they'll leave with clarity, not confusion.

A room that actually participates.

My sessions are designed to provoke thinking, not deliver slides. Audiences leave energized because they were challenged, not just informed.

What I Speak On

Signature Talks & Workshops

Pillar 1: Product, Tech & Growth

★ Signature: The Power of Experimentation in Fast-Paced Environments

Keynote or Workshop · 60–90 min keynote / 3h workshop · English or French

Most teams think experimentation means running A/B tests. It doesn't. It means building a culture where learning fast beats being right, and where every signal, even a failure, becomes fuel.

This is my most-requested session. Drawing from 100+ experiments shipped per year at OfferUp, Nordstrom and Expedia, I walk teams through the shift from "race to win" to "race to learn", and what that unlocks for product velocity, decision quality, and team confidence.

Your team will leave with:

  • A reframe of what experimentation actually is (and isn't)
  • The 3 questions that turn any failed test into a strategic asset
  • A practical framework for running faster, smarter experiments without more resources

★ Signature: Using AI to Accelerate Product Work Without Losing the Human Layer

Keynote or Workshop · 60–90 min keynote / 3h workshop · English or French

AI is changing how products get built, but the teams winning aren't the ones using the most tools. They're the ones who know which problems are worth solving, and who stays in the loop.

This session gives product teams and leaders a grounded, practical framework for integrating AI into their workflow, without losing the judgment, creativity, and human context that makes great products great.

Your team will leave with:

  • A clear mental model for where AI accelerates vs where it misleads
  • Specific tools and workflows you can implement immediately
  • A way to talk about AI adoption that gets buy-in from skeptics and enthusiasts alike

Also available in this pillar:

  • Product Development and Agile Practice in the Real World
  • How to Measure Success (and Stop Measuring the Wrong Things)
  • Running User Research That Actually Drives Decisions
  • Mastering Storytelling: Communicate and Pitch to Resource Your Vision

Pillar 2: Leadership & Strategic Impact

★ Signature: Influencing Without Authority: How Product Leaders Drive Impact Across the Organization

Keynote · 60–90 min · English or French

The hardest part of product leadership isn't the product. It's getting alignment, buy-in, and momentum from people who don't report to you, and doing it consistently, without burning bridges or burning out.

This talk draws from leading cross-functional teams across OfferUp, Nordstrom, and Expedia, and gives leaders a practical playbook for building influence that sticks.

Your team will leave with:

  • The difference between authority and influence: and why only one scales
  • Specific communication moves that shift how others see and follow you
  • A personal influence audit they can run on their own team dynamics

Also available in this pillar:

  • Leadership Soft Skills and Growing Your Impact From Where You Are
  • Entrepreneurship and Career Development in Tech
  • Building High-Performing Product Teams: What Actually Works

Pillar 3: Women, Career & Life Transitions

★ Signature: The Leap Is Not a Beginning: it's a Power Unleash

Keynote · 60–90 min · English or French

Women leaving corporate to build something of their own don't start from zero. They start from 200% of skills, instincts, and capability, the corporate environment was too small to reflect back accurately.

This talk reframes the corporate-to-founder leap as what it actually is: not a brave restart, but a long-overdue recognition of what was always there.

Best for: Women's ERGs, founder conferences, back-to-work programs, leadership summits.

Your team will leave with:

  • A reframe of their corporate experience as training, not limitation
  • Language to articulate their own value with confidence
  • Permission to stop waiting until they feel ready

Also available in this pillar:

  • Women in Tech: Navigating Real Challenges and Building Lasting Influence
  • Transitioning Gracefully: Back to Work After Pregnancy, Leave, Divorce, or Perimenopause
  • Raising Children in the Age of AI and Social Media

How Sessions Work

Before we begin, we align on your audience, their context, and what you actually want them to walk away with. That shapes everything; the examples I use, the questions I ask, the activity we close with.

In the room, here's how it flows:

  • We open with a framing that challenges a common assumption your team already holds: not a summary of what I'm about to say
  • We move into facilitated discussion that draws on what's actually in the room: your team's real problems, not hypotheticals
  • We close with a hands-on activity where your team leaves with something tangible: a framework applied to their work, a decision made, a next step named

The goal is never inspiration that fades by Tuesday morning. It's a shift in how your team thinks about a problem, and something they can act on the next day.

Sessions are available in English and French, in-person and virtual.

What attendees say

"Last Wednesday, ProductTank Seattle got an engaged room thinking big. The difference comes down to how you think before you build. We even put it to the test in the room. Laure opened with trivia questions on product experimentation - hands went up confidently across the room. Turns out, what we thought we were doing and what was actually happening weren't quite the same thing. Which made her insights land that much harder. Product experimentation is a topic our community needed, and Laure gave us plenty to think about it."

Bhavana T

Principal Product Manager, Accenture

"Attended the first ProductTank Seattle event of 2026 last night, and it was a great one. Laure spoke about "The Power of Experimentation in Fast-Paced Environments," and the core message really stuck with me: strong experiments are about clarity, focus, and learning speed, not more features, more data, or more complexity. One story that stood out was about a team trying to prove that slow loading times were hurting conversion. The engineering instinct was to re-architect the entire API. Instead, Laure's approach was simpler: replace the loading screen with a small game so users wouldn't even notice the wait. Conversions improved, validating the hypothesis without months of backend work. A perfect reminder that the smartest experiment isn't always the most complex one."
