4-week Group Program
The Clarity Intensive
4 weeks. A small group. This is for both pre-launch founders validating a new idea AND post-launch founders diagnosing why their product isn't growing.
Over 4 structured weeks, I walk you through the full validation framework I use with every client. One stage per week. Real work, real feedback, real progress.
This isn't a lecture series. Each week combines a video with detailed guided steps, that you can watch on your own schedule, plus a live 60-90-minute group session where we go through your specific situation, answer live questions, and review your progress together.
What we cover:
- Week 1: Get Clear on the Problem Before you validate anything, you need to know exactly what problem you're solving, for whom, and why it matters. We start here. Always.
- Week 2: Problem Validation Is this problem real, painful, and urgent enough that people will pay to solve it? You'll learn how to find out, without biased questions, without guessing.
- Week 3: Concept Validation Will people pay for YOUR solution to it? This week is about testing your specific approach before you build the wrong thing. We'll also talk monetization and how to valide the model.
- Week 4: Usability Validation Can people actually use what you've built, or are you losing them somewhere in the experience? We close the loop here.
You'll finish the 4 weeks with: a validated idea, a clear picture of your real audience, and a priority plan for what to build, or what to fix, next. No more circling or waiting. Just a path forward.
